Rangers Game

Great stay. Very spacious house and plenty of activities for all the kids. Pool was big and adults could float in the deep end while kids played in the shallow. Very close to everything and seemed like a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and close to many attractions. It was within 15 minutes of our daughter who lives in Arlington, TX. The property was spacious and comfortable. A couple of broken items were noted upon arrival, the WiFi was not working and the owners were contacted. They were VERY responsive and contacted the WiFi server and had a technician out quickly (within a day) to fix the problem. we opted not to fix the broken items, as it really did not impact our stay to any degree. The pool was nice and the kids also enjoyed the separate game room that had Air hockey and Fussball table. The pool table in the garage, has seen its better days, but still functional. My husband actually fixed a couple of the cue sticks so we could use them to play. I would say the cleanliness of the property was Very Good, but that was not an option on the rating scale. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for location and amenities and responsiveness of the property owner.

Clean but pics deceiving

The house is clean but the pictures are so deceiving.The fence mural is torn to pieces. The outside chairs are broken/falling apart. You can’t even play pool because the pockets are torn off and the triangle that you rack balls with is broken. The concrete in the bottom of swimming pool is cracked so it’s very easy to cut your feet. There is no speaker. The only thing good I can say is it was clean but in need of major repairs.

Everything was great! Had a couple things that needed fixed but our host responded immediately and someone to fix the issue ASAP! Would recommend them and we plan on staying again!

This house could be a gem. Poor management has really affected it. The Texas mural is trashed, so the listing picture that they use is misleading. There is no portable speaker, no k cups, one beach towel for the pool, no snacks, and no wine like stated in the guestbook and amenities. None of the patio furniture was usable because they were either broke or had moldy cushions. The whole house’s curtains were too small and the master bath has no window covering so I had to shower in the dark every morning. On night one, a huge roach ran down the hall and we couldn’t find it. We messaged the owner who said they take pest control very seriously. But did nothing so that doesn’t seem like they take it seriously. There were 15 bags of trash on the lawn when we arrived and one bag busted before it was picked up and then the next day, a code enforcement officer banged on our door and issued us a citation for having loose trash in the yard. Then a guy came to the door and wanted to buy a tv stand that had been listed online. Most every fausett was loose and you had to hold on to it to turn it on. The toilet seats slid when you sat down. There were dirty socks from previous tenants hanging on the upstairs shower when we got there. The back yard has lots of small trash like bottle caps, ziplock bags, cigar butts, plastic party trash. I have pictures of all of these items except the backyard trash and almost all of these things were mentioned to the owners who did nothing to help us.

I choose this property for location, experience some setbacks with gaining entry code needs to be updated for guest. Reached out to host regarding questions on were I could find items that weren’t visible to find, and upkeep. She did reach out and resolve everything I expressed concerns with, and was communicative. So I would recommend this property! since the customer service was great experience and the property was nice as well.

Great Stay in Grande Prairie

We had an awesome stay! House was accurate as pictured, spacious and equidistant from the airports, Stockyards, restaurants. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of towels, updated kitchen, easy parking. The house alone was a destination with the pool and game tables and common areas. Beds were big and comfy, ample counter space for us gals to get ready. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Great location, lots of positives, negatives that could be easily fixed

We had 6 adults for a week in this house. Most of the reviews online seem to be for shorter stays and they are all very positive. When you are there for a longer stay, you really start to notice how much better the house can be with a little attention to detail and investment by the owners. Note - I have communicated this to the owner in a private message and he was very receptive to hearing about them.Pros: Awesome location! AC worked great! Lots of living space. Cabinets, countertops, appliances, showers are all new.Cons: No dish towels or door mats. Limited pool towels and other towels. More towel bars and handrails required in the bathrooms. Window coverings across the board need to be better fitted. Pool needs attention - gauge on equipment was well beyond "Change Filter" status, tiles are breaking. Some chairs at the dining room table were broken or were very weak/wobbly.All in all, it's a perfectly fine house for a weekend stay. But it really has potential to be spectacular!

3 day getaway

We traveled to Texas for a cowboys game and stayed at this wonderful house in Grand Prairie. Place was clean and all the pictures that were on the listing were accurate. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming into town for a game or event. Property owners were easy to communicate with and all questions were answered quickly.

What a wonderful weekend! The house was exactly as described and provided all the necessities. It fit our family perfectly and was close to AT&T stadium. The management team responded immediately to all our questions. Would definitely rent this property again!

Grand Prairie Adventure

Overall it was great. Some minor things: showers in master bath difficult to keep water leaking out the door, one chair we took out of commission due to weak leg, hope you put water in the pool to keep your pump from burning out. Trash can was full when we put our 1st bag out. Maybe need during the week to know trash day to put trash out. Will definitely do it again.

Nice house in a great neighborhood

This house was very comfortable for my family of five and my in-laws. It was very clean and had lots of extras. The pool table, foosball table and air hockey kept my older kids occupied during our down time. The pool was clean but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it. We did enjoy lounging outside near the pool with seating both in the sun and in the shade. We did not use the kitchen for cooking so I can't speak to the cooking supplies but did notice there was cooking oil, basic spices and sugar. The location of the house was great. We spent some time in Ft. Worth, Arlington and Dallas and all were very easy to get to. The neighborhood was nice with large trees, well kept yards and felt very safe. The host was also very communicative and checked in via email to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large family! Safe and secure neighborhood nearby everything!!!!

Property was what it says it was!!! They owners were super easy to work with and gave us suggestions when the weather wasn’t in our favor! Plenty of room and things to do around the house on down time!!!! Within minutes of so many things to do!!! Super affordable and perfect for the needs of our family!! Highly recommend this property!!!!!

Everything Texas

Great home to stay at with a large family or multi families traveling together. House is in a excellent neighborhood that is quite and easy to navigate to and from. Location is key. We attended the Cowboys game and utilized Uber for transportation. Short drives to Fort Worth and Waxahachie, Meat Church and the famous BBQ joints. House is very clean and well stocked. Definitely one to keep in mind if visiting the Dallas area.
