When we first walked in, it was extremely hot and it took forever to cool down, The AC was not working, Also there are no vents in the kitchen downstairs so it doesn’t get cold, One of the closets was already broken when we got then there was the front door lock also broke , there were also ladybugs in the room on the walls. Backyard was also not kept up and dishes were in the cabinet were dirty all of this on our first 30min of being there .Beds were comfortable though and water got hot quick

I have to be completely honest, check in at this property was fine I had no issues there. My issue came about as I walked through the front door. To explain, the front door was not completely sealed. There is a gap at the top of it where bugs can enter. As I walked in the in the half bathroom at the lower level it was filled with mosquitoes. Upstairs the bedrooms have window AC units. As I opened the window blinds to each bedroom there were 5-10 flies in each of the bedroom windows. The window AC units were not completely sealed as there were gaps. The upstairs bathroom had flies and mosquitoes as well. Going from the upstairs living room in to the first bedroom were ants crawling along the baseboards. I contacted the property manager about this and they did have

I'm going to try to be as honest & fair in this review.Pros: The hosts were great with communicating with me from before booking & throughout our stay.Usually responding within a few minutes.There was plenty of hot water for showers & towels were provided.The window units in the bedrooms kept the rooms nice & cold.Washer/Dryer worked great.And I liked having a garage to park our car in safely off the street.Cons:I was told before booking that the dishwasher(in listing), microwave & stove was not working.I was ok with that since I didn't plan on cooking.When we arrived (6/6/25)the fridge/freezer was not cold. I thought maybe it had just been plugged back in that day & needed time to cool down.Next morning still was room temp & we had to throw out the several gallons of drinks that we put in there the day before.I messaged the host & they contacted their maintenance team.Needless to say,it was still not working when we left today (6/10)This caused a lot of extra funds being spent on a cooler, ice, etc.& made the vacay stressful(because messaging daily about the fridge)when it should have been relaxing.Some smaller issues:the beds & sofa were like concrete slabs, windows looked like they'd been cleaned with mud & the "yard"looked like a snake habitat.The place LOOKED nice on the surface w/shiny appliances, big TVs & cute decor, but not livable for more than a night.Again, they were good at communication, but there was NEVER any resolution to the BIG problem.
