- **No Parties:** This is not a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed. We value our relationships with our neighbors and expect guests to do the same. The home is for residential use only. Reservations will be canceled without a refund if we receive complaints or notice of a party.
- **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, and vaping. Smoke can carry inside and outside the house.
- **Security Cameras:** There is one operational security camera located at the front door which records both visually and audibly. An additional security camera faces the driveway and street and actively records 24/7 during your stay. We prioritize your safety and privacy.
