*Heating the pool is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

You’ll be only a few minutes from Dallas and there is so much to explore and experience in Richardson as well!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★



To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.





★ PARKING NOTE ★



Per city regulations, please park all vehicles in the garage or driveway whenever possible. If parking on a public street, vehicles may not be parked in front of another resident’s property. Please note that overnight street parking for trailers is not permitted.





★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Please note that our fireplace is inoperable at this moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.



★ POOL HEATING ★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
