This is our second time to stay at this property. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The property manager is a great communicator and was able to allow us an early check in. I know this is not always an option, but it was nice to not worry what to do in the hour before normal check in. Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed the pool. Great yard for the dogs too!!

Space to spread out and nice pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and the pool was really nice. We had our entire family and dogs staying and we did not feel crowded. The space was clean and tidy. We were missing a couple items in the kitchen (dish soap, paper towels and dish cloths) but this was not a big deal to us. We let Kara know when we left and she said she would make sure cleaning staff knew for the future. These was construction next door but it did not bother us at all. Communication was fast and helpful. We already booked another stay at the end of the month when we are in the area again.

We were surprised to see this home rated as high as 9.4, as our experience would place it closer to a 7.8 While the backyard, pool area, and fish tank, and pet friendly were definite highlights—relaxing, enjoyable, and well-located—the home itself left somethings to be desired. The property appears to need interior updates and finish work. It was not as clean as expected, and we encountered some issues with things not working properly, some items being broken, and a few concerns related to safety.Additionally, the home was lacking basic supplies. We had to purchase essentials such as trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and cups, as there was 4 glass cups provided.Overall, while there positive aspects to our stay, particularly the outdoor space, we don’t feel the property value was justified compared to other places we have stayed in the area in the past.

Fantastic Dog-friendly Rental

My dog and I enjoyed our stay. There was construction next door, but it wasn’t overly noisy and did not impact my relaxation in the backyard by the pool.

Family getaway

My wife and I along with our 16 yr old son and two German Shepherds had a wonderful time while staying at this property. Kara was very friendly and responsive. My wife and son really enjoyed the added touch of the fish tank and tracking what the starfish was doing. The pool was great and we were all able to enjoy it. Neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Everything we could want from shopping to dining was within a ten minute drive. Thank you Kara for letting us stay at your place!

Great Stay for Families

Property has a nice location, and the large fish aquarium is wonderful if you have small children. The property still needs a little updating and was missing some basic amenities, but the bedrooms and pool fit our family's needs well. There is also a wonderful walking path around a large lake and a huge park only about a 5 mins drive away with sand volleyball, fishing piers, picnic areas, kayaks, and many other things. The neighborhood seemed very safe and friendly.
