Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom manufactured home nestled in the picturesque town of Dade City, where comfort meets convenience! This short-term rental offers a perfect blend of modern living and recreational amenities, making it the ideal retreat for your next getaway.

The Space:
As you step into this well-appointed mobile home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

When it's time to rest, you'll find 2 cozy bedrooms that offer a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedroom features comfortable furnishings and ample storage space to make you feel right at home. The bathroom is has a sliding door entrance.

- The sleeping accommodations are as follow: (installing a private door soon that sp[lits the two bedrooms)

We installed a barn door to close off bedroom 1 from the kitchen!

-There is side room that we have a desk that can be used as a working space while traveling.

We also provide a pack N play and children's booster seat for family accommodations if needed! (Please request in advance)

One of the highlights of this rental is the outdoor space. Step outside onto the side, screened in private patio, where you can savor your morning coffee. We will be adding a table and chairs out there in the near future!

During your stay, you'll have access to a sparkling pool where you can cool off on a hot Florida day or simply relax by the water's edge with a good book. If you're feeling active, you can take advantage of the on-site pickle ball court or challenge your fellow travelers to a friendly match on the shuffle board court. There is also a bocce ball court, golf chipping area and fire pit area for you to utilize during your stay!

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer

Guest Access:
You will get a code to the Schlage lock that is on the door in the lanai area. This will be sent to you the day before you arrive at 6pm.
