"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

"The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children."

"We arrived before the check-in time. The staff was very nice and friendly. He introduced the surrounding sightseeing spots to us and let us know there was a common coffee area that we could take a rest before going out. The lobby was bright and spacious. Gave a very good first impression. We came back at night on first day and the luggages were already in the room. So grateful that they upgraded our room to one with balcony and can see the train station. The bed was very huge and comfy....
