"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"This hotel was good for the price, the location is really good since it’s close to the train station but you can hear the noise all day clearly. Overall was a good experience and very friendly staff"

"Property was good"

"First let me say I understand when a place is doing renovations but this place was the worse! The room looked like it had mold on the ceiling The refrigerator was so small but it didn’t keep anything cold. And after 10pm it was so much traffic in the hallways you thought you were at the bus station and on top of that the hallway smelled like weed the whole time I stayed! It was another guess that checked in the same time as I did but when I came down stairs to ask for the remote for the tv he...

"I enjoy every moment of my time spent there"

"First thing you notice when you come in is the smell of cigarettes and weed. Worse place to book"

"Construction at the moment"

"Clean room Good staff Good vibe"

"Beautiful modern chic"

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"As others have written, this is a great place for a solo traveler. It's safe and convenient. That said, I noticed a family staying here too. The Modernist rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchenette amenities are very basic but adequate for simple breakfasts and microwavable meals. The neighborhood bodegas and grocers (e.g., SMART LIC) will supply you with provisions. Three subway stations nearby will easily get you into Midtown and other points in Manhattan with just 1 train...

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"The lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Personally, I think they should make more of an effort to greet guests as they walk by the lobby desk. Room is clean. The shower water temperature could be hotter. I keep it turned up all the way and it’s never too hot."
