"We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking ..."
