"There was a lot of snow for three days over our five nights stay none of the steps were salted. None of the parking lots were shoveled or salted… The room we stayed in. There was long black hairs on the floors, limited towels, and the mattress needs to be replaced to completely sunk in the middle and was old and made sounds anytime you made a move at all… I’m very disappointed. I’ve stayed at Fort Marcy for the past decade and this was a review that I felt needed to be posted."

"We loved our stay at Happy Ram. An architectural gem of elegant simplicity, beauty and calm, with every modern luxury. Just a 15-min drive to downtown Santa Fe, along a sleepy back road that passes by the Tesuque Village Market, so it’s convenient to necessities and yet it feels faaar away from it all. "This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies."
