Two-story vacation rental with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony

Our vacation rental is located in a charming complex of five semi-detached houses on the Duhner Heide in the resort town of Duhnen. Just a short walk from the beach, the “ahoi!” adventure and seawater surf pool, and the spa center, our house offers numerous amenities. Free Wi-Fi, reserved parking spaces right next to the house, a lockable communal room for bicycles, a sauna (for a fee), and a cozy fireplace room are all at your disposal.


Welcome to this modern and high-quality furnished vacation apartment, which spans two floors and features an inviting south-facing balcony. The apartment features fly screens and blackout blinds for undisturbed relaxation.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The living room invites you to linger and features a flat-screen TV with cable and a radio. A cozy lounge sofa rounds out the space, perfect for relaxing.

There are a total of three bedrooms in this vacation rental:

The first bedroom features a spacious box-spring bed (180 cm).
The second bedroom features a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 140 cm.
The third bedroom is accessible via a separate entrance from the stairwell and features a double bed with two mattresses (180 cm), as well as its own shower room and air conditioning. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV.

Both bathrooms feature modern amenities, including a shower, sink, and toilet.

The vacation rental is situated in a quiet location on the Duhner Heide in the Duhnen spa district, just about an 8-minute walk from the sandy beach, the “ahoi!” adventure and seawater surf pool, and the spa center.

For additional relaxation, a sauna (for a fee) and a free, reserved parking space right next to the house are available. Also available are a coin-operated washing machine, a coin-operated dryer, and an ironing station. The fireplace room and the game room with foosball and electronic darts provide hours of entertainment.

A locked storage area for bicycles is provided in a common room at the house.

The rooms are optimally equipped with blackout roller blinds and fly screens.
