The MEERholung FeWo 4.4 impresses with a well-thought-out living concept spread over 60 m² and accommodates up to 4 people. The penthouse apartment spans two floors and combines modern design with a pleasant, light-filled atmosphere.

On the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by elevator, you’ll find the open-concept living area with a cozy sitting area and a sleeper sofa for two people. Here you can spend relaxing hours or wind down the day together. A TV provides entertainment and cozy evenings. This level is complemented by a separate bedroom (with a TV), which ensures peace and relaxation. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress that provides a pleasant and comfortable sleeping surface. The bathroom, with a modern, walk-in shower, is also located on this floor.

A staircase takes you up one floor. From here, you can access the shared rooftop terrace, which is available exclusively to the penthouse apartments. It’s an ideal spot to look out over the rooftops of Sahlenburg and the sea.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: A stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher are all at your disposal, as are dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

The private balcony offers you the chance to enjoy the fresh sea air and spend relaxing moments outdoors.

Parking spaces are available for an additional fee right next to the house. Electric vehicle charging stations are provided. Especially convenient for dog owners: A shared dog shower in the building makes it easy to clean up after a trip to the beach (it’s also a great place to rinse off your own feet). On the first floor, there is also a bike storage room with outlets for charging e-bikes.
