VILLA FENICE (Cin: IT081007C2YXHW5L2W) is a beautiful Villa nestled on a hill that dominates and overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare, with a breathtaking panoramic view.
Villa Fenice is a place to spend a relaxing holiday, but without giving up the nightlife, going just a few minutes to the Baglio di Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo.
From the Villa it is possible to reach the most enchanting and notable tourist places.
In fact, 4 km away we find the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, fascinating and appreciated "Baia di Guidaloca", the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tonnara di Scopello" and its particular "Borgo di Scopello". Even 2 km further, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro" with its many Natural Bays.
But just 1 kilometer from the Villa, we find the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic Granary in Italy "Granaio Islamico Aghadir", nestled on the hill behind the Villa.
A few km away there are Restaurants, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Bars, with ATMs.
The 4 bedrooms + the 5th bedroom with a double sofa bed are all equipped with Air Conditioning.
We find 3 complete bathrooms, of which 2 bathrooms are inside 2 bedrooms, while 1 bathroom is outside the bedrooms serving the other rooms.
We also find 1 Shower in the Garden near the swimming pool with cold and hot water.
Living room with Sofas, Kitchen with 4-burner hob, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, American Coffee Machines, Nespresso and Bialetti Tradizione, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Kettle and BBQ area Outside.
In the garden we find a 10 meter swimming pool and a small 2 meter by 2 meter swimming pool, both with water at room temperature not heated and a Mediterranean garden with various areas and 2 hammocks to relax while appreciating a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Gulf, where you can enjoy a fascinating sunrise and twilight.
The Villa is rented in total exclusivity and is located in a property of over 5,000 square meters fenced and equipped with a private gate and for this reason a lot of privacy is guaranteed, in fact the other villas are distant and there is no view that can disturb the guests.
Check-in is scheduled for 05:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM.
Different times must be agreed with the owners and a supplement will be required which is written at the end of this description together with other supplements.
For a comfortable stay a rental car is recommended.
Inside the property we have:
-An area to park cars (it is not allowed to connect electric or plug-in cars to the house's electricity sockets for their recharging).
-A large 70 m2 terrace veranda with bamboo cane covering, which overlooks the panoramic view, from which you can see the entire Gulf of Castellammare starting from Palermo airport to the Guidaloca Bay of Scopello.
-Inside the veranda / terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with a large table and seating for 10 people.
-A sofa and two armchairs complete with soft cushions, then plenty of space with chairs to enjoy the view, a hammock for a quiet relaxation to rest with a view of the sea of the entire Gulf of Castellammare.
-Near the swimming pool we find the BBQ area and an outdoor shower for the swimming pool and all guests.
-Then we find a large solarium with sun loungers.
-Near the 10 meter pool we find another small pool of 2 meters by 2 meters, both with water at room temperature not heated and another solarium.
-Spaces in the garden for a relaxing walk.
In addition to the enchanting places already described we find:
10 km away the source of thermal and natural sulphurous water "Terme Segestane" and the establishment with a pool of thermal water and mud.
In the surroundings we also find the "Greek Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theater of Segesta", the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte".
The nearby city of Alcamo with its large beaches "Alcamo Marina" and its "Castle of the Counts of Modica" and the "Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve" with its "Saracen Tower" at the top and its ancient "Funtanazza" old fountain that dates back to the Middle Ages.
A half hour drive away, we find, The famous beach of San Vito Lo Capo, The natural reserve of Monte Cofano, The "Mangiapane" Cave of Custonaci, The beauties of Erice, The extraordinary Salt Pans of Trapani, the Stagnone Natural Reserve with the island of Mothia and the Punic Ship of Marsala with its places of tasting of Trapani wines.
While a 45 minute drive away we find the large city of Palermo, with the nearby Monreale and many other points of tourist interest.
Things to know:
- The swimming pool will be cleaned 2 times a week (July and August) or 1 time a week in the al three months, also including water quality control, at no additional cost.
- Smoking is allowed in the large outdoor areas of the villa.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms and in the internal parts of the villa.
It is prohibited to host people who are not part of the reservation.
Upon agreement with the owners, people outside the reservation may be accepted, even for just the day without overnight stay, paying an additional supplement of € 35 per person per day, even for partial duration.
- It is not possible to connect to recharge Electric or Plug-in Cars at the power outlets in the villa.
- Animals are not allowed.
- In the villa you can request other optional extra services, paying supplements.
OPTIONAL EXTRA EXPENSES.
- The bath/shower towels (white) present in each room cannot be used for the swimming pool and the beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, you can rent them at a cost of € 5 per towel for the entire stay.
- For an early check-in, ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 will be required for each extra hour of use of the villa.
- For a late check-out, ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 will be required for each extra hour of use of the villa.
- To have a baby cot, ask for availability, a supplement of € 100 will be required, for the entire stay.
- To have a baby high chair, ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 will be required, for the entire stay.
- For each request for extra change during the stay of Towels and Sheets (supply only, without arrangement in beds), a supplement of € 30 per couple will be required.
