Whitetail Springs is a serene log home nestled on 17 private acres, and the highlight of this cabin is its expansive covered deck that overlooks a meadow with small ponds that attract wildlife. The home’s location is incredibly convenient, with almost all major Black Hills attractions (20-30 miles away). We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin! We loved sitting on the deck drinking our coffee before we started our adventures. The kids loved the surrounding landscape and the pinball machine.We loved that it's located off the beaten path but it was easy to get to. The best thing about the place, in my opinion, was how clean it is and all of the gathering spaces. Perfect. We hope to be back!

This cabin is a cute hideaway very close to Custer. The views and charm of the cabin are much better than the photos make it seem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed and our host was wonderful and stayed communicated with me through out our whole stay. If you are planning a South Dakota trip i highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property

A wonderful getaway with a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and was perfect for the whole family…including pinball for the kids. Perfectly located close to major destinations yet spacious and away from everything for some time to relax.

Awesome wintery holiday weekend

We had a wonderful time in Custer and at this property. The seclusion and coziness was what we were really after, and this property delivered. Check in was easy, access was set up and the stay was lovely. Great property, just as advertised. The amenities in the cabin were great and enjoyed by the entire family. If you are looking to ‘get away’ into seclusion, but still want to be just a couple miles away from town, this is the place.
