Beautiful house with garden in historic center Cusco

Fully furnished house in the center of Cusco. Beautiful and perfect location! The house has all the comforts you need including a big kitchen, garden, patio, wi-fi, internet (>100 MB!), cable television etc. And a water purifier, so you can just drink the water from the tap and fill your bottles!

Staying in the city center of Cusco means being close to all tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, tourist agencies, main plazas, central market in less than 10 minutes walking distance.

Stay in Cusco with the comfort of your own house! This house is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Especially for families with children, the comfort of having your own garden and covered patio is enormous. There is a small slide and sandpit for kids as well as some games, books and toys. But of course, also if you are not with kids, having a warm covered patio and a sunny garden is perfect. The house is light and sunny, in the morning the sun shines in the patio and in the afternoon in the garden. The house even has a fireplace for cold winter nights. This house is for families or small groups that want all the comfort during their stay combined with a perfect location!

The house is located in the historic city center of Cusco. This is where you want to be when you are in Cusco! Although the location is in the historic center of Cusco, it is very quiet so you can enjoy a good night sleep. The street and neighborhood are very safe, you can walk home (also at night) without any problems.

Supermarket and mini-markets very close by and the central market of San Pedro at only 4 minutes' walk. Staying in the city center of Cusco means being close to all tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, tourist agencies, Spanish schools etc. You will love this house and its location!

Worse BnB I’ve ever been!

We were 3 couples and only were able to use 1 shower. The second shower has no water pressure and unable to use. Second toilet extremely small. Unable to seat on it!!. Very poor hygiene everywhere, kitchen with grease all over. No hot water in the kitchen. We only had 1 set of towers for the 2 weeks we spent there. The beds very uncomfortable and the bedsheets and pillows of very poor quality.

Excellent location

All was great, perfect for staying in Cusco and traveling to machu piccu and having a place to return to. Neighborhood was ideal to get to town center easily and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Carnival in Cusco was an amazing surprise!

The property definitely suited our needs. It was clean and dpacious. The hosts were extremely accommodating after we had a fl I ghy delayed canceled and rebooked. They even met us late at night and made arrangements for us for late night parking after the garage had closed. Everything was great!

Beautiful house,

The hosts were amazing, and we all really liked the house. The gardens and solarium were great. It was well appointed. And far away enough from the big touristy portion, to be closer to locals. Shops close. And only a 15min walk into plaza De armas and the main tourist center

While the location was very good,and the internet was strong,there were many shortcomings such as no reading lamps in the bedrooms, no hot water taps in 2 of the bathrooms, very limited eletrical plugs, ants everywhere.

Great location

Our stay was enjoyable and Donny our host was very helpful. He even booked us a taxi when I asked for help. Very spacious living quarters. Better than hotels where you have limited supply of hot water or running water. No water restrictions and there is a water filter for your convenience.

Well located and spacious house with an accommodating host

Was appreciative that Donny, the owner met us at 6 am for a super early check in. The house though old has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location, a short walk to San Pedro market and Plaza de Armas, is a big plus.

Charming Appt in Cusco

Nice place to stay and within short walking distance of town square, grocery store, and open markets. Lots of shops af every sort needed near by. Host was great and helped us navigate city. Would definitely stay again.

Quarantined in Peru! Donny is Awesome!

The apartment is fantastic, as represented, clean, and in a great location... but what makes the property truly exceptional is the owner - Donny! Shortly after we arrived, the Peru Govt declared a State of Emergency and closed the borders (Corona Virus) - we were stranded in Peru! Donny communicated to us regularly, and assisted us with getting food, etc. during the unusual times... I can't tell you how much my family appreciated his hospitality and caring during our time there! Donny is a 'great human'! We would 100% recommend his place - and hope that other guests in the future get to experience Peru without the 'virus pandemic'! We will return to Peru, and will look to stay by Donny again!

Spacious apartment in great location - stay here!

Our group of 3 used this apartment as our home base while seeing the sites around Cusco. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a nice size kitchen for cooking meals at home. It also has a washing machine which was useful after many days of hiking around Inca ruins! It's in a quiet part of town near a grocery store and within quick walking distance to Plaza de Armas and San Pedro Market. The owner, Donny, speaks English which is a plus if you're not fluent in Spanish. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Great Location in Cusco

We stayed here with our family - two adults and two 12 year-olds. The property is in a great location just out of the way enough to feel like you are in a neighborhood and not a tourist zone, but close enough to walk to the main plaza and other sites. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and the house is well equipped for cooking. To take the chill off the cold Cusco nights, there are plenty of blankets as well as a wood burning stove. Also, there are also toys and games for smaller children. Donny was prompt and responsive before we arrived and met us at the house to give us the keys. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location, Great host, spacious

We (two adults with two adult kids) stayed 12 nights (late May-early June) and the apartment quickly felt like home. Donny, the host, lives across town but was always available and responsive. When the propane tank for the hot water ran dry, he was there in 40 minutes to replace it. Every day when we were in town, we walked to the Plaza de Armas (less than 10 minutes) where there was often an event going on. The night energy there was fun. The Orion grocery store with its ample offerings was just two blocks from the apartment. We shopped there most days. I wouldn't consider any apartment located more than one mile from the Plaza de Armas. The photos on the listing site accurately represent the apartment. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot water in the primary bathroom was welcome. As with most apartments in Peru, there is no central heating. The apartment's wood stove took the edge off of the cold winter evenings. There were plenty of blankets to sleep warmly. Thanks, Donny

Very good location, spacious, very helpful owner!

The property is on a narrow local street and the entry is into a shared courtyard where some units are under renovation. However, it's quiet at night and once you enter the unit it is well lit, spacious, and had everything we needed for our group of 4. The kitchen and dining area were a great gathering place, and the local grocery store Orion is a 4 minute walk away. The small yard, covered patio terrace and the living area gave us plenty of additional space. You can walk to the historic center in 8 minutes. Donny pointed out several local spots to visit and where to find things (groceries, markets, fitness) and was very responsive and accommodating with extra towels, keys, and local information. We much appreciated his help! The wifi at the apartment worked well. There is only one shower but there are two bathrooms, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We highly recommend walking up to visit Sacsayhuaman - fantastic and impressive Inca ruins. Cusco is a wonderful city, the people are very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay at Donny's place!

Good Place To Stay In Cusco!

This clean apartment was a very convenient 10 min. walk to main square with grocery stores and restaurants even closer. It was quiet, in back of the building on the 2nd floor. It had all modern and new appliances as well as comfortable furniture. Donny, the owner, was very helpful and easily accessible for our few questions. He spoke English and was waiting for us at the apt. when we arrived from the nearby airport. The neighborhood seemed very safe and taxis had no trouble finding us when they were needed. Our only difficulty was lighting the wood stove. It was rainy and cold in Cusco during most of our stay, March 30- April 5, and we 3 ladies were not good fire starters.
