Plus, there’s a Starbucks right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The large outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and I definitely look forward to staying here again."

"No towels in the room. We had to ask twice before someone brought some up. Room was pretty small. Be mindful if you drive you might have to pay $50 for parking. I found something on the street. I paid for the room in full, but they still charged my card $150 for a temporary hold. I can see having a hard on file but why charge it."

I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned."
