Great hotel overally. Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and convenient. I was really impressed by this brand and wished I had known prior so I could have booked this brand at all my locations :).

Hotel Puerta del Sur
I haven't had the breakfast yet. I've only just checked in. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Stunning location bedroom faces the river from above and it was a gorgeous sunset. Now expecting a fantastic dining experience at Botanica!

Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit ...

Cabañas El Jardin
Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. ...
