Calling all surfers and beach lovers! Sea Dream is a large, spacious, pet friendly beach house, with direct access to Warrain Beach, Culburra. Sea Dream a casual, comfortable and affordably priced house that sleeps 11 across 4 bedrooms. Pick up your surfboard and wander down to the beach via an access path in the next door public car park. You can be down on the beach in minutes! Sea Dream has a modern kitchen and a large living / dining / kitchen area that opens directly onto the covered outdoor area with outdoor setting and BBQ. Generously proportioned and with a games room with pool table, families and friends and their pets will have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday by the beach!

Where will I be?

Sea Dream is located on the beachfront at Culburra Beach! Ideally located close to two beaches and a lake, Sea Dream's location gives you ample choice to enjoy the beaches and outdoors. The path next to the house leads directly to Warrain Beach, an east facing beach where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean. Or if you prefer a more protected beach, north facing Tilbury Cove is within 5 minutes walk and has a grassed area, playground and amenities. Culburra Beach is at certain times a dog friendly beach - see the Shoalhaven City Council website for more information. Lake Wollumboola is also within a few minutes walk.

How is the property laid out?

Sea Dream is a two storey house with four bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Upstairs is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, and all bedrooms. The main bedroom with queen bed has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite (shower and toilet). There are two more queen bedrooms on this level, both with built in robes. The fourth bedroom sleeps 5 guests in a triple bunk and double bunk. The shared bathroom has a shower and bath, and there is a separate toilet. The open plan lounge room is generously sized with two lounge areas. The lounge room leads directly onto the covered verandah with an outdoor table and gas BBQ, where guests can enjoy the sea breeze! The modern kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and gas cooktop.

Downstairs is a games and TV room. This room has a lounge area with TV and a pool table. Leading directly to the outdoors, guests can enjoy the lounge area on the covered deck or play with the dog in the grassed backyard! The laundry with washing machine and dryer is downstairs, which has an extra shower and toilet.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

What about outdoors?

Sea Dream has covered decks both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs deck has an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ, and the downstairs deck has a lounge area. The grassed backyard is fenced, but the fence is not high so please ensure your pet is contained as needed. There is an outdoor shower for when you have finished enjoying yourself at the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Open up the doors to get the cool sea breeze! For cooler weather, there is a gas fireplace.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

The garage is not accessible to guests. There is room for parking a boat and several cars in front of the garage.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sea Dream is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
- The yard is fully fenced - however the fencing is not high and will not contain a jumping dog
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
