  • VILLA PINEL es una, Bali-estilo de una casa frente al mar preciosa, con 4 baños y 4 baños de diseño. La nueva propiedad se encuentra directamente en la Bahía de francés Cul-de-Sac que conduce a la playa sueño de Pinel Island. Frente al mar Caribe, Villa Pinel presume de unas vistas impresionantes, inolvidables del mar, playa Pinel, pequeñas islas vecinas como Tintamarre o Green Cay, Orient Bay y St. de Barth!

    Se tarda sólo unos minutos en esta propiedad fina y elegante para llegar a las arenas blancas de Playa de Pinel. Tomar el ferry o utilizar uno de los kayaks que los dueños de casa tienen fácilmente disponibles para usted en barcos propios de la villa muelle!

    Estos lujosa villa exubera la serenidad y la tranquilidad en la hermosa bahía y está situado a coger brisa del Caribe suaves, el sol del Caribe gloriosa y la vista increíble!

    Con tres dormitorios y tres cuartos de baño, junto con otras instalaciones adicionales, la villa ofrece una experiencia de vacaciones frente al mar fabuloso. Que se ve reforzada por bellos jardines tropicales que incorporan un solarium, piscina privada todas con vistas a la pintoresca bahía en frente de Pinel, con su playa de arena blanca que se extiende sueño de distancia en distancia corta. La propiedad de nueva construcción comprende una amplia zona abierta de estar y cocina con techo abovedado, los tres dormitorios y baños en suite, el amplio porche, piscina y solarium, además de su propio aparcamiento privado en la entrada de la villa.

    La gran terraza comedor al aire libre se establece justo en frente de la sala de estar. La terraza da a la piscina y el mar con la vista de la isla Pinel.

    El diseñador inmaculada Gourmet cocina (imágenes seguirán) revela un gusto exigente de belleza funcional y estilo de vanguardia. Los servicios incluyen una placa de vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, nevera de tamaño completo, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora y todos los utensilios y comodidades necesarias. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que el cocinero necesita con el fin de preparar comidas deliciosas incluyendo un amplio espacio (almacenamiento). Además, cuidadosamente seleccionados fina vajilla de calidad, vajilla y cubertería de Francia son muy útiles en la cocina.

We really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The accommodations were comfortable with breathtaking views ! The house came with any and all amenities needed while away on vacation and the hostess was easy to reach with guidance and to assist with anything we needed! Highly recommend!!

This property is heavenly. Easy for a large group with shared space and private suites. Our family enjoyed beaches in the morning and pools later in the day. Great patisseries and bakeries nearby. We found lovely beaches in St Martin that do not have sargassos seaweed. Veronique was a superb hostess and responded to our every need. A truly memorable vacation.

Villa Pinel was an absolute delight. The house is even more beautiful in person. Every aspect of our stay was spectacular. Veronique, our host, (and Annie) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The housekeeping service was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of making the house sparkle. We especially enjoyed Lola .We spent a lot of time in the pool enjoying the incredible views. The kayaks were a lot of fun. We paddled to the sand bar and Pinel Island, where we could relax on the beach. Overall, it was an outstanding trip. Veronique, we’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Very beautiful property, everything is very well stocked throughout the stay. Our kids loved the pool. There was a lot of jelly fish in the water, you can get in the Kayaks but it's not a swim-able beach in my opinion. Wonderful host! We loved our stay!

We loved Villa Pinel, the house and views are stunning. The pictures don't give it justice, Our host was amazing, always available to answer questions and made our stay feel special. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!

VIlla Pinel is absolutely stunning. The view is even better than pictured. The house is lovely and fully stocked with anything you could need. The pool and deck area are perfect for lounging. The property manager Veronique is amazing. She helped arrange reservations, activities, taxis and provided information and assistance throughout the week. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was a perfect vacation!

Great stay at Villa Pinel!

We had the best family vacation at Villa Pinel. The pool was perfect for our kids and the view was spectacular. Veronique was very helpful in answering all our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Magical spot for a fantastic vacation

Talk about paradise! Villa Pinel is a great house in an amazing location. The views were gorgeous. Kids loved the pool! We were able to hop in kayaks and explore. We also loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.

Veronique is the best host

Villa Pinel has it all: bedrooms are spacious with AC, kitchen with every possible utensil one could need for cooking and eating, beautiful pool and amazing views day and night, housekeeping as needed, clean towels for shower, pool and beach. Easy drive to supermarket, bakery and beaches.

Amazing house and view! Kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was a 5 min drive. The host was just a quick text away from whatever we needed. The kayaks were super fun. They are double seaters and there were 4. We did the 10 min kayak trip to the island and rented chairs for the day- super fun! We really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and plan to go back!

Wonderful stay in Cul de Sac!

Host, Veronique, did everything possible to make our family vacation perfect. The villa is large, nicely laid out and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and the location was ten minutes was the spectacular Orient Bay Beach. We stay at a lot of VRBOs ; this is one of the best.

Getaway with my wife

The house and pool are fabulous. Very private and romantic. Great location, beautiful view, and a short drive great restaurants on Orient Beach. The house comes with kayaks. Short paddle to Pinel island that has two wonderful beach bars. Highly recommend this place. Best spot on St Martin.

Picture Perfect

Our stay was amazing at Villa Pinel! The house was great, and views were perfect! Our kids loved the pool, the kayaking out to the sandbar and visiting Pinel Island! So many great restaurants and little shops close by.Veronique was also the best! Always there to answer our questions, make recommendations and reservations wherever and whenever we needed one! She truly made the entire experience so relaxing for our family.
