The location was not too far of a drive into Key West and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in need of some upkeep, especially in the bathroom where it feels like the floor in front of the tub is starting to give way. Also having to keep the thermostat set no lower than 75 in the middle of July in Florida is asking a lot. I would consider staying here again but would like to see some updates done and to also be able to set the temperature lower than 75.

Host was easy to communicate with and the cottage was in good condition. The location is great….it is just very difficult to find the driveway in the evening on the curve on Hwy 1!

My husband and I stayed with our son in the cottage and it was everything we needed. Great location, beautiful pool on the water, and just enough space.
