"The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

"We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A friendly welcome. We had an excellent room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend."

"A very good multiple choices of breakfast, follow staff's instructions, we got free parking near side for three days. Like most hotel in Wales this hotel also act like restauranter, pub, and hotel. The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE."

"The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...

"On the plus side the staff were friendly, the price good, the bed comfy and the parking free. On the negative side, everything looked a bit shabby, doors were dirty, the window in the bedroom didn’t close properly and when a heavy burst of rain occurred water was flowing into the bedroom. The plugs didn’t all work, the television was hung on a wonk, the light was broken and hanging off the wall. I was woken throughout the night with people banging doors and then at 6am was a fire alarm, I left...

"A charming, 'old school', hotel, with friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of stairs to help one keep fit! Excellent choice of cooked breakfasts, with tasty local ingredients."
