Bring your boat and water toys to use the private boat dock and lift, Sea Doo / Kayak launch with year-round water.
Four Kayaks Available for your use. Explore the lake with 4 fishing kayaks to use with life vests. Check out Hidden Lake, just a cove away.
A boat launch/ramp is at Moon's Landing just 10 min away, use the ramp on the left as it is free.
Take a boat ride to Break on the Lake or Harris Landing to enjoy a meal. Need a boat Rent one at Skippers on Lake Greenwood has rentals for your enjoyment.
Relax in the screened-in porch or around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs right by the water. Spend your time fishing with poles provided.

Take an early morning walk in the peaceful neighborhood located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the Sunset views from the screened-in porch and on the viewing deck.
Use the Charcoal BBQ for a night in or visit the local restaurants that are less than 15min away.
Sunset Escape will feel like your home away from home.

Note: Your safety matters. There are four exterior cameras. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior space.

Awesome stay

Sunset Views is adorable. It has everything you can ask for in a lake home rental. The neighborhood is quiet. It has all the kitchen amenities to create meals at the house. Bathrooms are very nice. Highly recommended.

Peaceful & cozy Beautiful lake view!

My husband and I went to lake greenwood to look for waterfront property. We stayed in this cozy, peaceful waterfront lake house! Catherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with, quick response when i asked for an early check-in and late check-out due to flight departures and arrivals! She was understanding and accommodating to our circumstances! This help reduce the stress if searching endlessly for our perfect retirement slice of heaven on Lake Greenwood!

Porch and Views

What a comfortable house with games galore for all ages! Our boys loved diving off the dock, swimming at the end of the dock and of course using the kayaks provided. We also rented a boat and a tube from Skippers ! And then when we were totally exhausted we just sat on the porch and soaked in the view

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great location for a fun and relaxing weekend at the lake! The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating options, including the dock, sundeck, fire pit, and screened porch. Kayaks and a boat were available for use, although we did not use them this time. Rebooking the house for a fall getaway and looking forward to staying again!

Girls Trip

What a great place! Clean and roomy, lots of games and movies! My girlfriends and I enjoyed a relaxing few days even though it rained the whole time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was very easily accessible and kind. We will be back.

Sunset sighs

The beauty of Lake Greenwood and the apt name (Sunset Escape) gave us days of retreat and much needed R and R from busy ministerial lives. The accommodations were perfect, and the host thought of everything. The house was perfect, and the porch and the deck offered pleasing vistas. We definitely want to return. The neighbors were friendly. At the same time, the quiet was deeply restful. A perfect spot!
