"L’endroit est fort approprié pour visiter le centre ville de Washington DC. L’accès aux transports en communs à proximité est bien établi et le stationnement sur la rue est gratuit et disponible. "Perfect location to walk to the pre-wedding and wedding venues. The condo is very charming. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor rooftop deck was amazing! Annapolis is a charming town and this condo was a good place to take it all in."

"Everything at this property was wonderful with one big exception. The owner provides you with only one FOB to enter the building. We had 4 adults coming and going at all different hours. It was hectic to “trade off” the FOB to enter the condo. This was very INCONVENIENT when members of our family would go to the condo to take a nap and then have to be woken up to let the rest of the group in. We had plenty of occurrences like this."

This property is a true slice of the good life in Annapolis - upscale but family friendly location, with top-notch restaurants within walking distance (2-5 blocks) waterview with charming glimpses of the capitol dome and St Mary's church steeple, boats and paddlers going by for entertainment, boat tours and adventures nearby. The unit is newly renovated/updated, as pictured but even better in person."

"The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip"

The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty. "A little farther out than we originally thought. Rooftop was nice. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but that is the biggest issue. Two blocks away the neighborhood is rough but we had no issues"

"Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Couple of minor things to suggest to owner: Needs towel racks. There was only two small hooks on back of bathroom door. Bedroom with 2 beds has a squeaky and hard to open and close door. There's no way to avoid waking a sleeping person if the door is shut. Would definitely stay again, should the need arise."
