"Front desk/check in was excellent. We were given suggestions and directions for food and fun nearby. We could walk to the concert venue and feel safe. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a late night snack at the bar onsite. Great choice for a girls night. "

"We had a great stay and this was our first time staying at a Tru. Robert, the front desk agent who checked me in, was super nice and you could tell he enjoys what he does. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was nice. Pancakes, omelets, sausage, oatmeal, different varieties of cereal, and an assortment of bagels and bread to toast. The only thing we didn’t care for was having...

"Pro: Convenient; Updated: Bed & pillows very comfortable Con: When checking in was told I could have saved a lot of money had I used the hotel site instead of Expedia. At that point it was too late to change anything, so I feel ripped off. If it was too late to make the change, they should not have said anything. Or I should have been given the lower rate. Room functionality. Not really a suite. Extra floor space with a huge shaded light over it. Miniscule sink and non-working coffee maker....

"My husband works in Spartanburg for his job, we have stayed here three times. Nice room, don't really see anyone. I don't know if it's a hotel or apartments.... And you have to clean your own room. Besides that it's great no bug's!!! "
