"The property is older and run down. Bathroom was very poor, shower was not that cleanse and caulking was rusty looking. Trying to check inn the desk clerk was more concerned with talking to someone on the phone about his car getting repaired. "The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived.
