  • This beautiful apartment is located in the sought-after Crni Mul neighborhood, right on Crikvenica’s popular sandy beach. It occupies the entire upper floor and features a huge 48 m² terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea.

    The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious double bedroom with a balcony and a south-facing ocean view, as well as another bedroom with a north-facing balcony. A modern bathroom and the furnished terrace with sun loungers make your stay especially comfortable.

    Thanks to its excellent location, restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery, grocery stores, and the beach are just a few steps away. A private parking space is located behind the house.
