This bright and comfortably equipped holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home in a quiet hillside location in Crikvenica. With 52 m² of living space, it offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and an additional sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for up to four people – perfect for couples, families, or friends who want to spend relaxing days on the Croatian Adriatic coast.



A highlight of the accommodation is the 20 m² covered terrace with a magnificent sea view. It is directly accessible from the living area and invites you to have breakfast outdoors or enjoy relaxed evenings overlooking the water. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV ensure pleasant comfort. The kitchen is functionally equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and refrigerator. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the stay.



The holiday apartment is part of a house with a total of ten residential units, located on a fully enclosed property. A private parking space is located directly at the house. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The use of a communal washing machine at the landlord's is possible for a small fee. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.



The house is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, only about 700 metres from the sea. The fine sandy and pebble beaches of Crikvenica are just a few minutes' walk away. The town centre, supermarkets and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay particularly pleasant and flexible.



In the spacious garden area of the house, guests have access to a refreshing freshwater pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a furnished terrace. For families with children, there is a small playground with a swing and seesaw. A barbecue facility can be used by arrangement.



The environment around Crikvenica offers diverse opportunities for an active holiday: from water sports such as swimming, diving and snorkelling to boat trips and sailing tours, as well as cultural discoveries and nature experiences in nearby national parks.



The hosts, who live in the house, speak Croatian, German and English and are happy to answer questions. Some services - such as using the washing machine or local charges - are not included in the price and will be settled separately on site.
