Built in 1942, Holly Hill Chalet blends historic mountain character with modern comforts, surrounded by towering Sequoias, Pines, Spruces, and centuries-old Oaks.

The highlight is the breathtaking, ever-changing view stretching across the mountains and valley toward the distant horizon. Wake to colorful sunrises, relax with a glass of wine at sunset, and watch the valley transform into a sea of twinkling city lights after dark.

YOUR PRIVATE SPACE

Enter through your own separate private entrance directly from the covered carport. French doors open from your accommodation onto a spacious private patio, creating an easy indoor-outdoor mountain living experience.

Your space is completely private. Your host lives in a separate section of the chalet behind locked connecting doors and maintains a low profile, giving guests privacy while remaining nearby if needed.

KITCHENETTE & OUTDOOR DINING

The kitchenette is designed for light food preparation, drinks, and leisurely morning coffee. Amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, SMEG electric kettle and toaster, microwave, mini-fridge, French press, cocktail shaker, and tea selection.

A BBQ grill is available on the private patio for relaxed outdoor dining with a view.
