Updated Ski-in/Ski-out Condo in the heart of MT CB

Welcome to the Emmons building, A gorgeous condo building in the heart of Mt crested butte's base area. Only steps from the lifts this area is perfect for skiers and bikers looking to get right on and off the slope with ease every day. In the heart of the mountains this get a way spot is perfect for couples and small families and has access to anything you will need from rental shops and retail to bars and restaurants all only a short walk away.

This one bedroom one bath unit boasts a very open layout for the space provided. The main entrance is located off the living room and has access to an area for boot and ski storage. The living room is perfect for entertaining small groups of company with its large L shaped couch and entertainment system. A balcony and outdoor seating area are also located off of the living room and is perfect for taking in the views or enjoying a meal outside. The electric fireplace is a nice feature at the end of day or first thing in the morning.
This unit features a full kitchen with fridge, oven / stove top, microwave, and coffee maker/ coffee provided. The unit also features a full bath stocked with shower essentials and towels. The main bedroom features a king bed and plenty of storage. There is also a private balcony connect and entrance connect with the main bedroom. The building features a communal hot tub at the base level that has wonderful views of the valley below. the unit is located up a flight of stairs and does not have an elevator. The legal address is 11 Emmons Road, Mt. CB, 81225; however 600 Gothic Road is the address noted on the outside of the building. We love our fur babies too, but this is a strict no pets unit.

Mt. CB License# 302910. The unit is provided 1 parking space in the common lot.

Guests can access the unit up 1 flight of stairs and through the front door, Door has a coded lock.

There is access to the free bus and shuttle lines only a short walk away at the mountaineer square.
No smoking, no pets.

Good central location in Mountain Village. Well stocked tools in kitchen and easy access via shuttle to Crested Butte. Very responsive via text with any questions or concerns. Only call out is parking is very limit in spaces and very tight. Otherwise great stay!

Great Location

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The location to the lift was just a short walk down the steps from the condo. We will definitely recommend staying here!!
