Free shuttle service to the base area and/or town a short walk away at the end of the street.

The main floor opens into a sprawling great room with a fireplace, seating and couch space for the whole gang, dining room and perfectly appointed modern kitchen with everything you need to bring out your inner-chef. The sliding glass doors next to the dining table take you out to the oversized back deck, complete with postcard views, gas grill, and direct access to the "Deli Trail" Town Ranch Biking/Walking/Skiing trail.
Up the stairs to the top floor, the full size stacking W/D sits in it’s own dedicated laundry closet, with bedroom 3 to the left. There is plenty of space to stretch out in this giant bedroom with King Size bed, 42” smart TV, closet, private full bath and private deck. On the opposite side of the upstairs hallway sits the master bedroom and bath, complete with King size bed, walk-in closet, generous sitting area, private deck, private bath with oversized steam shower, separate jacuzzi tub, and simply unreal views of the iconic Elk Mountains everywhere you look.

***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. ****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.

***** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items.
