  • ¡Esta casa no podría ser más asombrosa! Originalmente una cabaña de mineros del siglo XIX que albergaba hasta 13 personas en una familia, esta casa ha sufrido una transformación como ninguna otra. Con 3 pisos de lujo, los detalles son abrumadores. Desde la moderna cocina gourmet hasta el increíble uso de maderas recuperadas en el hogar, hasta la acogedora y suntuosa sala de prensa. Esta propiedad es el lugar perfecto para pasar tiempo en Crested Butte.

    Al ingresar a la casa, sentirá una sensación de calidez y confort. Los muebles son de la mejor calidad y pasarás muchas horas disfrutando de la compañía de familiares y amigos alrededor de la chimenea de gas. ¡El nivel principal de la casa está anclado por la escalera de caracol personalizada que atraviesa el centro de toda la casa y es una obra de arte en sí misma! ¡La sensación abierta del plano de planta se presta para el entretenimiento y la cocina gourmet con la gama Wolf y el refrigerador Sub-Zero puede manejar las comidas familiares más grandes o el refrigerio ocasional de medianoche! Asegúrese de echar un vistazo a la isla de la cocina con la parte superior de metal líquido única. ¡Fuera de la cocina hay un garaje con calefacción para su vehículo o todos los juguetes que una persona necesita en Crested Butte!

    Arriba, encontrará 2 amplios dormitorios con techos abovedados y camas king. En ambas habitaciones, los tragaluces están colocados para que pueda acostarse en la cama y mirar un monte perfectamente enmarcado. Crested Butte! Entre las habitaciones hay 2 baños completos, uno de ellos, con una fantástica ducha de vapor. En el nivel inferior de la casa, encontrará un amplio dormitorio con 2 camas queen y un baño completo con bañera y ducha. La sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora nuevas está fuera del pasillo y al final del pasillo está la sala de medios con el sofá más suntuoso en el que jamás se haya hundido. El televisor Sony HD y la consola multimedia completa con sonido envolvente son el lugar perfecto para relajarse y ver una película después de disfrutar de todos los deportes al aire libre que Crested Butte tiene para ofrecer. También hay un baño completo con ducha de vapor fuera de la sala de medios, lo que garantiza que nunca habrá una pelea por el baño en esta casa.

    Durante los meses de verano, el gran patio al aire libre se convierte en un espacio de vida propio. Los jardines al aire libre son impresionantes y están enmarcados por lajas de losa cortadas a mano.

BEST LUXURY HOME IN CRESTED BUTTE

We loved staying in this historic luxury cabin. The accommodations are top notch. Beds are super comfortable, location one block off Elk, relaxing porch, and plenty of space! We will stay here again.

The Restoration was a perfect stay for 2 families with teens. It is a beautiful home and was comfortable for all of us. The home was very well stocked. We loved the location - we walked to everywhere in the town easily and also walked to the shuttle bus stop for transportation to the mountain for skiing. The host was proactive in communication and made check-in / check-out very easy. No hot tub, but the steam shower felt great after each day on the mountain. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location

We loved the convenient location to walk to Elk street to shop, get coffee, go to restaurants. It was nice for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom too.

Wonderful house in the heart of the town

Awesome location

This house was everything it said online. Couldn’t have picked a better location. The house was very clean and the host responded quickly to any questions. We would differently stay there again.

Relaxation at it’s Best

Beautiful historical home with plenty of space to gather and plenty of places to hideaway. All of the bedrooms are equally stunning and have their own bathroom. And, the house is quiet. People can get up at different times and don’t have to worry about waking anyone up. And, the best is its location to town. Can’t imagine there is a better place to stay.

Great Rental in Crested Butte

I rented this house to enjoy several days of mountain biking in the Crested Butte area with a couple of friends. We were all impressed with the historic character of the house which was fitting for the Crested Butte area. The house was located in a great location allowing for quick access to all the shops and restaurants on Elk Ave. I would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect home in town for a large group

Our party of 5 couples stayed in the home in February 2024 and had an excellent stay. We had plenty of space for everyone and the accommodations were top notch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. And the location in town was close to everything. We were one block from the bus stop to get to the ski hill. The steam showers were a plus at the end of day of skiing.

Spring Break

This property worked very well for us for a spring break home. We knew we wanted to stay in town for location and one person who did not ski. Bus shuttle was very easy and close to the home. The downstairs den and TV room along with the bedroom with two queen beds worked well for older kids. Would recommend this home

Crested Butte Spring Break trip

I have been to Crested Butte many times over the last 40 years and stayed at many places. The Restoration was the best accommodations ever. The location right at downtown made walking convenient for all our shopping, dining, and grocery needs. The home has a first class kitchen, steam showers in 2 of the baths and all the utensils, pots, pans, and counter space to make meal preparation easy. We found the home to be quiet, and with sleeping areas on upper and lower floors, allowed for plenty of room for everyone. We highly recommend, we plan on staying again.

Wonderful family vacation!

This house was perfect! Our whole family, which now consists of four adult couples and two babies, had plenty of room. Everyone had their own roomy, comfortable space and a bathroom. The gathering area on the mail floor was also spacious and had great views from every window. The kitchen is well stocked. This was our first stay in town - not on the mountain and we loved being close to so many restaurants and shops. We don't rent a vehicle when we come so access to everything by bus or walking was perfect. We will stay here again!

This home was more than we imagined from the photos. I have never had a vacation rental so thought out on everything you could need or want for your stay. We had 8 adults and an infant and everyone felt like they could go off to their own space when needed and gather on the main floor, porch and different sitting areas. The kitchen was so well stocked (even baby spoons and bottle drying rack). The details of decor and feel of the home was so special. We truly felt like we were on vacation. We love being in town and this was a 2-3 minute walk to any restaurant or shop. We love CB and hope to stay here when we can. 100 percent would recommend. Cleanliness: A - immaculate, Beyond words. Beds and linens - incredibly comfy. None of us wanted to leave and loved our stay in this home. 100.

Together - and yet somehow separate

When your traveling with friends and family, you don’t all go to bed and get up at the same time. The unique floor plan of this house allows people to gather and to sleep. And most homes have one great Master Suite with “all other” bedrooms being tier 2. This place offers great sleeping choices and privacy for up to 4 couples. Bring a few friends, split the cost, and this place is a great deal. It’s in town, so it’s close to all the great restaurants and town activities, but air’s at the edge so it’s quiet. And the Lower Loop and other local hikes are right outside the front door. Clearly our favorite place in CB.
