The Teocalli Flat 2 is the perfect basecamp to start and end your days of adventure in Crested Butte. The two-bedroom, fully-equipped flat offers the best location and views to experience the festivities in every direction. The third floor flat is accessed by a private entrance.

The Teocalli Flat 2 includes two private bedrooms each with a cozy queen bed, an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, and a full bath. With the money you save preparing your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, you can rent bikes, Nordic skis or snow shoes and explore the easily accessible trails right out the door. If you brought your own gear, we have indoor ski and gear storage.

Right around the block every morning you can pick up the free town shuttle, decorated by local artists, and arrive directly at Mt. Crested Butte Mountain Resort for skiing, hiking or biking. If you are not up for the short walk to downtown in the other direction, the same town shuttle will bring you to Elk Avenue, Crested Butte's authentic western main street. Crested Butte's downtown shops, restaurants, and bars are filled with their own adventures - mountain gear, good food, and plenty of live music. Stop by the Public House, a modern Colorado saloon, for a Colorado raised beef burger or a Beyond Veg burger and a locally brewed Irwin Brewing Company (IBC) beer. You can also pick up an IBC growler to enjoy back at the flat.

When you return from your mountain town adventures, curl up with a book in front of the gas fireplace in the cozy living room, enjoy a meal with beautiful views, or wash your trail clothes in the adjacent Crested Butte Laundry.

Visit to CB

This property was clean and very nice. Heads up that you do need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to enter. Check in/out was seamless and easy. Excellent location walkable to town.

Great location at a great price

We stayed for a few days in the summer and found the location to be central to everything which was great with 2 kids. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The apartment is on the third floor accessible from stairs outside from the alley. Also note the bedroom windows face the alley so having them open in the summer at night was noisy. All considered we liked our stay and would consider staying again.

Great location

The unit was clean and easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a dedicated parking spot was nice. It was also an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center. The bus stop was steps away. The furniture is missing a handle, and an additional chair in the living room would be nice.

Great value, highly recommend

We had a great stay here! We had 3 adults and had plenty of space. The property was clean and well stocked with TP, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. . The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to have coffee and breakfasts at the apartment, and was close to downtown so we had a pleasant walk to/from dinner restaurants. Property manager responded quickly to every message. This was a great value and we’d love to go back!

Very nice and comfortable and close walk to Elk Street and hiking trails

Amenities, accommodations and location were fine. Apartment is on the third floor and access was up a set of stairs in the back of the building through a door at the top of the stairs, both of which were unknown til arrival. Neither were inconvenient, just took a while to figure it out.

Spring break ski trip

We stayed at this loft while skiing during spring break. The location was perfect, it's the first stop on the free town shuttle when leaving the resort. There were a few minor things it could have used (washcloths, a non slotted spatula), but other than that, this was everything we needed.
