Spacious, bright house in downtown Crested Butte

Located in a quiet area of downtown Crested Butte, this house is both spacious and bright, and offers an ideal location for up to 7 visitors.

Visitors can easily walk just a few blocks to many restaurants and shops in downtown Crested Butte. The house is also very close to the start of the Lower Loop trail system so guests can easily hike or mountain bike right out the door. In winter, you can walk just a block or two to use the fantastic cross-country ski trails maintained by the Crested Butte Nordic Center. If downhill skiing, you can walk a few blocks to a bus stop to take the bus to the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Alternatively, you can drive just 3 miles to the base yourself.

In summer, you can enjoy plenty of outside space, with a large second story deck, complete with a grill and table. The property also has a spacious and inviting backyard that makes a great play area for kids.

Guests enter the house on the first floor, directly into a hallway that also acts as a mudroom. All three bedrooms are located on this floor. The large primary bedroom contains a king bed and an attached bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and third bedroom has a king bed with a twin. Both have access to a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television. An additional guest can sleep on a pull out couch in the secondary living area.

The second floor has various inviting living spaces. You can cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which is adjacent to the primary living area, the true hub of the house. A bar separates these two open concept areas. Family-style meals can be savored in dining area, adjacent to the comfortable primary living area. You can enjoy your favorite television shows in the large, yet cozy secondary living area. The spacious and bright atmosphere on the second floor is delightful, with vaulted ceilings and numerous windows that draw in natural light. The deck is accessible from the primary living area.

Perfect Crested Butte In-Town Family Stay

We’ve stayed at this house twice now and will definitely be back. It’s clean, well-maintained, and really comfortable for a family, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a great deck with mountain views. The location is perfect — close to town and trails, and the included “townie” bikes made it easy for the kids to ride everywhere. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, the beds are comfortable, parking is easy, and the neighbors are friendly. The host was very responsive and flexible with our schedule, which made the whole trip even smoother. It’s become our go-to spot in Crested Butte.

Crested Butte Perfection

The home was well appointed and had a great layout with plenty of space and comfy locations for everyone in our family. A few blocks from Elk St. and a short walk to the free town shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte, this was a perfect ski getaway for our family.

Owner and management team were extremely helpful. Houses in a fantastic location, is in pristine condition and all amenities are provided. Very thoughtful flourishes abound in this great house. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful home, epic location

An absolutely beautiful house that could not be more ideally located! We were visiting with our parents and kids and the hiking and biking access was perfect for everyone aged 5-75. The back yard is beautiful and the view from the back deck unbeatable. The house had everything from comfy beds to nice wine glasses to great cooking utensils and knives. Could not recommend it more!

Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s right down the street from a friend who lives in CB and it was the perfect location to hang out with them and wander down to Elk Ave. We have 2 young kids and the park down the street was perfect for us. The layout of the house, furniture, everything made our stay super cozy. Loved it!

This home was great. The location was perfect to walk to all of the restaurants in town or ride bikes wherever you would like to go. The house has beautiful views from the second floor. The 2 living areas are comfortable and provide a space for everyone. The house is even better in person than it is online. I have only positives for the house!
