Manyana Crescent Head

Property boasts polished timber flooring throughout, brand new kitchen with white granite bench tops, electric oven and stove. Combined kitchen, living and dining room, which opens onto the North facing, covered balcony. Two good sized bedrooms, master with built-ins. Completely renovated bathroom with new shower, tiles and vanity. Separate brand new toilet.

Property features include a totally renovated unit with new kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet, polished floorings, reverse cycle air conditioning and single lock-up garage.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

This place was unreal. A couple of minutes walk to the local shops and cafe. Clean and tidy house and was perfect for for us

Unfinished renovations/ paint job. We were asked to bring our own linen however the wardrobes were full of stained pillows and bedding which was very off-putting. The unit appeared clean however dirt and dust was under beds and behind bedside tables. There was even a basketball wedged under our bed! Bedside lamp had no bulb and we had to take one out of another fitting. It was very cold weather and the air con would only blow cold air!

Excellent property managers, perfect place

We got flooded in at Crescent Head and ended up staying a lot longer than planned! The property managers were really kind and flexible with us extending our stay and very easy to communicate with. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the sunny deck when the weather had cleared up.

Great place to stay

Great location, short walk to the shops and beach. Very clean. Perfect for family of four. Quiet neighbourhood. Have stayed at this property twice now. Highly recommend!

OK but not great

This accom was OK but not great. First of all you are handed a bunch of keys and they are not labelled, so you fumble around in the dark trying to sort what keys are to open thw front door. Not a proper bathroom , and hot water on day one, then no hot water on day two. There was a iron but not ironing board as we needed to iron shirts and silks for the wedding we were attending. No water jug to place in fridge for cold water. 2nd room was not comfortable for 3 teenagers. Trundle beds rolls around too much on floor boards. One bedside table in main room. Main bed head was dirty. The initial advertisement does not stipulate you need to bring own linen ,towels and bath mats. You find out once you have booked. Too expensive. Over priced.
