"Great stay overall - nice, good-sized flat that worked well for two of us over three weeks. Check-in was easy, shower pressure was great, and the location was quiet but an easy walk to public transport and Butler Street. The initial clean could've been more thorough, and a few small maintenance items (missing/cracked blinds, a loose door knob) could use attention. "Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...
