Our 3 Bed, 2 Bath two-story home, located a short drive from downtown Creede, features amazing views of the Rio Grande River and the surrounding San Juan mountains.

Friends and family will enjoy the mountain and river views from the spacious deck and large picture windows that showcase the majestic San Juans. You'll make yourself right at home in this open and welcoming property with full amenities. Enjoy the morning's first steaming cup of coffee as you listen to the song of the river. Later, use the grill for a delicious dinner and view the spectacular sunset

This beautiful riverside retreat is a short 15-minute drive from historic Creede and offers access to the headwaters of the Rio Grande River, North Clear Creek Falls. Once in town, you can take in all Creede has to offer from art galleries, museums, shopping, dining, and even a performance at the award-winning Creede Repertory Theater. Our home is the perfect location for all your outdoor adventures, whether you are fishing, hiking, or just exploring all the mountains have to offer.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or Christmas/New Year's holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
