Beach Break On Goodwood

As soon as you step foot in the door you can kick back and relax and delight in your time away.

Main bedroom with queen size bed leads to an ensuite with shower and toilet. The following two bedrooms are set up with one with a queen bed and the other is perfect for the kids with two single beds.

The large open plan area has an L-shaped lounge to sprawl out on whilst watching the flat screen TV. Enjoy cooking a meal with family and friends using stainless steel electric appliances, large LG fridge and dishwasher. Sit around the dining table or move to the outside deck with a gorgeous wicker setting - perfect for a bbq lunch or dinner.

Great location close to Red Rocks beach and only a short drive into the main centre of town.

The property has a split system for heating and cooling plus extra electric portable heaters for your comfort.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

Spacious house in a quiet residential area

We really loved staying at this house as it is well located from the Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre and the Phillip Island Wildlife Park - "not to be missed" sites. It's walking distance from the beach and not too far from the shopping strip. The house itself was completely comfortable and I would recommend this holiday home without hesitation.
