Koala Family Retreat

Consisting of 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with 2 single beds, this property is the perfect getaway for the family.

Relax in front of the tv, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a bbq out on the back deck. With split system heating and cooling in the main living area, as well as an additional electric heater, you will be kept comfortable year round.

Tastefully decorated in a relaxed beach theme throughout, makes this property feel welcoming and comfortable.

The bathroom has been beautifully renovated with a deep bath and separate shower. There is separate toilet.

Sit outside under the covered deck area and have a bbq and drinks any time of year with the warming chimenea. Or just relax with a book and watch the kids run around the large fenced backyard.

The carport is large enough for 3 small cars and both the front and back yards are fully fenced so pets are welcome (by application) but must remain Outside at all times! (conditions apply)

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.

Let me your own holiday house

This holiday house is so well set up it’s just like it was your own which you just returned to. Not only is there every possible thing you’d need in the kitchen and laundry there are multiple coffee makers and a stock of pods! The beach is just over 5 minutes walk and probably 15 to the Cowes supermarkets and restaurants. You will spend lots of time on the back deck.

Great location, close to shops. Hassle free check in process. Great little family house to accommodate my family. The only disappointment was cleaning was overlooked in most areas as you would enter rooms and walk through cobwebs and see a lot of dead insects on windowsills and behind appliances on benches. But a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay

Our stay was thoroughly pleasant! Upon arrival the overall feel of the place was homely. Everything had its place, the plants, the kitchen was filled with all the things a home has! Only little thing was the internet was a little slow but that wasn't something that would stop us from coming back! Thank you for your beautiful home!

Clean, well looked after property.

Although a dated property, it has a fully renovated bathroom and laundry. Laundry is spacious with a second toilet. Everything that you need is provided (besides linen as per listing). Great outdoor area at the back. A really well looked after property.

We loved our stay at this rental. The owners have put in a lot of effort in decorating, indoor plants, cleanliness and the street was so quiet we had an awesome stay. I highly recommend this house.
