Stay at a unique rural property situated on a scenic & peaceful horse farm with abundant wildlife. Owner-operated and built from Southern Living cabin plans, this rental is cozy & comfortable, sitting between a small lake & a green and white barn. This listing can sleep up to 4 people and is strictly for the downstairs, which includes 1 bedroom, a full bath, well equipped kitchen with separate dining area, and a spacious living area with a full size futon. If you are looking to stay at an exceedingly more pleasant and roomy place than hotels, at a reasonable price, this downstairs listing is for you. Note: You will have the cabin to yourself during your stay.

This was a very peaceful and adorable cabin. Perfect for a family of 4. We rented both upstairs and downstairs. Love the horses nearby and nature sounds at night. It was very cozy and comfortable. This cabin was equipped with all of your necessities, cooking stuff, spices, coffee, and so much more. We loved it!!!😍😍😍😍

Quiet

This is a great place to stay when we are in GA. It is so quiet and comfortable. We can relax on the front porch or the back screened in area. Nice in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. You can hear the frogs in the evening. Of course it is great to sit there anytime.

Susan was very helpful in trying to accommodate a last minute addition to our itinerary. We didn't end up needing to increase occupancy but she really went above and beyond for our last minute request. The area also had severe weather (tornadoes) during our stay and when the power went out (briefly) she checked on us to make sure we were ok. The accommodations were rustic and charming and it was completely silent of any road noise. It was also void of any light polution giving us a perfect view of the night sky and all the stars. We're already planning a Summer trip to stay in this quaint cabin again.

Nice relaxing cabin

We rented this cabin for three days while visiting Covington. It was a little bit from town but not too far. Was nice, quiet and relaxing. Susan was great with any questions or concerns we had. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved everything about the Cabin. It had everything we could have and more. The feeling of comfortability being on the country side when you drove onto the property, parking in front of the cabin, sitting on the front porch/back looking yonder to the horse ranch/horses, surrounded by grass/trees, listening to the critters at night while sitting on the porch was amazing! Having a kitchen/dining room with welcome amenities, goodies, silverware, pots/pans/dishes, cups, etc. The shower/bathtub with the jet flow was amazing. a bedroom fully furnished with extra pillows/blankets if needed, the bed was very comfy. The livingroom was decorated beautifully with comfortable sittings everywhere, books to read/games, 50-55" flat screen TV above the fireplace, Wi-fi internet service. The cabin was well ventilated and air conditioned. Having a stackable washer/dryer was a plus and dishwasher/microwave oven and a very large refrigerator. Lots of coffee brands to choose from. We highly recommend staying here again in the future and would tell anyone about it. Better than staying in a hotel. You would pay double or triple to get this and the view you can't get in any hotel, etc. This is the best offer you can get anywhere! The property manager, was kind, sweet, friendly and most of all awesome person! Susan would make you feel at home, feeling like you knew her for a very long time. Any questions she would communicate asap. A memorable experience we won't forget!

We have stayed here 3 times and love the quiet area. She has done a lot of work and it is fantastic. When we return to the area we will stay again if it is available. It is such a nice relaxing place to stay.

Amazing Weekend

From the time we arrived until we left our stay at the cabin was totally amazing. All the comforts of home were provided and all we had to do was supply food - everything else was already available, even including spices and cookware. We loved our time here and will definitely return!

Breath taking and relaxing

My wife and I came here for the second part of our honeymoon and I can not begin to express how wonderful, relaxing and beautiful the land and cabin are. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again and again for future trips.

Cozy stay

The cabin was very homey feeling and decorated perfectly. Susan was a very lovely host and can tell she puts a lot of effort into making your stay perfect. I would suggest a bit of brighter light at the entrance of the path leading to the cabin as it there was heavy fog one night and it was a bit hard to find the path at night.

Beautiful!!

This experience was probably the best one yet! Susan was the sweetest and most understanding. The cabin is absolutely adorable and the scenery outside is gorgeous! When we arrived we had such a cute welcoming tray of treats for my husband and I. It was our 8 year anniversary vacation :) it was very clean and relaxing. we will most definitely be back!

Traveling to meet longtime friend!

Susan is a wonderful host and her cabin is magical, very clean and a wonderful set up for families or solo. Not far from Covington Downtown where you can visit and tour the filming of Vampire Diaries or shop and eat at some good restaurants! I stayed twice and would stay again in my travels. This is a quiet, very peaceful place. If you are looking privacy..this it it. The host is quite helpful. I enjoyed it and will be back. It is 8 or 9miles to town I believe, so super close to downtown Covington.

We were traveling across country and found this charming VRBO. The owners were welcoming and friendly. It was so nice to be able to relax a bit, do some laundry and feel like we were at home. We will definitely be back😊
