"We stayed with 2 families of 5 (6 teenagers). The property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was ample space, linens and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need ( even the cupboards were labelled to help you find things). The spaces are all lovely and comfortable, and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the area."

"There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!"

"Here for a long weekend. We attended a play downtown and attended the NCAA tournament. We lyfted everywhere. This house was awesome for 2 of us. We walked around the pleasant neighborhood everyday. Favorite was the flying goat just 2 blocks away. Also the garden cafe was very pleasant for breakfast. The host was easy to work with- allowing me to check in early and a little late. The house is cute and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.thank you!!"

"I got a room at the end corner and every 15 minutes during the night could hear the train passing, the ac makes to much noise. And there was a construction on the road which is not the hotel fault. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t for the train I could have stayed another night. "
