Welcome to our renovated 4-bedroom duplex, set in a former 16th-century olive mill in Cotignac. It’s a really special place, full of character and charm.

There are two terraces where you can slow down, enjoy the peace, and take in the views — plus an infinity pool you’re very welcome to use whenever you feel like cooling off.

We’re also a cyclist-friendly stay, so if you’re planning to explore the area on two wheels, you’ll be well set up. We offer secure bike storage, bike stands, a pump, space to wash your bikes, and laundry facilities — all the little things that make a big difference after a day out riding.

Just to mention: there are stairs both to reach the apartment and inside it. There’s also a secure garage for your car within the gated complex.

The apartment is right in the heart of Cotignac and set over two levels, overlooking the Cassole river and surrounding gardens.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining area, lounge, and a small office space, along with two verandahs to enjoy the outlook.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. Three have queen beds and split-system air conditioning, while the fourth is a single room with a fan. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a large bath, shower, toilet, and bidet. There’s also a separate toilet, plus another bathroom with twin basins and a shower.
