Air-conditioned house with views of the surrounding countryside. The main living area includes a dining space, a lounge (TV, internet access), and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two attic bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). On the wooden terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area, you can enjoy a private container swimming pool (chlorine-treated, 1.4m deep and 5x2.50m, secured by a custom-made wooden enclosure extending from the terrace), open from June to the end of September. It will be ready for the 2025 season in June. The property includes several hectares of unfenced land. Charcoal barbecue and sun loungers are at your disposal. Private parking is available on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair.

For security, a camera is located outside the cottage (camera deactivated during stays). Enjoy a stay combining heritage and tranquility.
