  • Very comfortable manor house "Villa Loreto", detached from the 19th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 15 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 100 km from the sea. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Zeer mooie vakantievilla rustig gelegen

Deze vakantievilla ligt op een prachtige locatie bovenop de heuvel in het dorpje Loreto. Het huis is ruim ingedeeld en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers, grote eetkamer en zitkamer, vele terrassen en ruime badkamers (deels en-suite badkamers). Alle spullen zijn in ruime mate voorzien. Het is echt een fantastische woning met een prachtig uitzicht. En ook niet onbelangrijk, een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw/eigenaresse

Fühlten uns sehr zuhause, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, sehr ruhig, Traumlage, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Für mehrere Parteien geeignet, da genügend Raum für Rückzug vorhanden ist. Man muss fit sein um die zwei bis vier Treppen zu den Zimmern hoch zu steigen.

Ein Traum im Piemont

Die Villa Loreto war bereits das zweite Mal unser Zuhause im Piemont. Sie ist einfach traumhaft. mit Stil, viel Platz, Charme, sauber... und der Blick ist einfach jedesmal wieder atemberaubend. S. als Gastgeberin steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Jederzeit wieder.

Prachtige villa in mooie omgeving

Het huis is erg mooi met grote aangename ruimten. Alles is met smaak ingericht met zeer kwaliteitsvolle materialen. De huiseigenaar woont nabij en de echtgenote was -discreet- heel behulpzaam en bekommerd om een goed verloop van ons verblijf te garanderen. De ruime goed ingerichte keuken ontbrak enkel een microgolf en normale vaatwas (u merkt het wel ;-)). Het zwembad is prachtig gelegen met ongelooflijk uitzicht, maar wat klein en was te koud door de frisse nachten tijdens verblijf (juli).

Von A bis Z top!

Wir waren nun schon das fünfte Mal in Loreto. Davon das dritte Mal in der Villa. Es stimmt einfach alles. Der wunderbare Ausblick, die sehr schönen Zimmer, die tolle Küche mit allem drum und dran, der Pool. Ferien vom Feinsten. Und absolut tolle, professionelle Gastgeber.

Top Gastgeber mit vielen guten Ausflug-Tips , sofern Bedarf. Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus, an ruhiger Lage und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben den Pool auch im Herbst genossen!

Gleich mal vorab: es gibt sie wirklich, diese Villa in bester Lage und mit einer der schönsten Aussichten im Piemont. Traumhaft schönes Anwesen, traumhaft, toll renovierte Räume. Und dazu noch ..., die sich richtig toll um das Wohlergehen Ihrer Gäste kümmert, und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Jederzeit wieder, und unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Perfect Piemontese Setting and accommodations!

Villa Loreto was. Everything and more! A majestic setting on a hilltop overlooking the luscious Nebbiolo grape fields. Stunning accommodations, fully equipped kitchen, lovely privacy and the swimming pool and outdoor areas tranquil and beautiful! Our host ... went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. She also provided contacts for transportation to visit vineyards (no drinking as driving!), local restaurant and shopping choices, and general local info. Best vacation!

Best Experience Ever

My husband and I have stayed at many properties through VRBO, but we can truly say that this was the best. The home is beautiful, comfortable and amazingly well-equipped. The bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms are very modern and much larger than you find in most properties. While the property is a little challenging to find, it’s setting, views and privacy, more than make up for that. Our host, Sandie was so gracious and hospitable. We just can’t say enough about out stay.

Wonderful stay at Villa Loreto

We were six adults sharing this beautiful 1890 home with an original fresco on the living room ceiling, a very modern cook's kitchen and updated bathrooms for each of the four very spacious bedrooms, two were en suite and two bedrooms had bathrooms down or up a flight of stairs - the only caveat for prospective renters would be ability to climb multiple half flights of stairs depending on bedroom location. The staircase itself was original stone and so well maintained/restored that we thought it was a replacement to what had been in place originally. The grounds were beautiful and the vistas from Villa Loreto which is situated on a hillside were mesmerizing. While the pool was a bit chilly in October for swimming, we did sit on the edge with our feet in the water enjoying the views all around us and were very happy that the pool had not yet been closed for the season. The lighting at night around the pool and grounds made for an enchanting view when driving up to the villa or just viewing from within the villa. The owner, Sandie, was so very helpful and even arranged a truffle hunting expedition for us when we inquired about the possibility of finding such an activity. The town of Costigliole d'Asti is large enough to have shops, markets and restaurants. We would highly recommend La Barbera, associated with the ICIF cooking school and located in the castle in town. I can't say enough about what an enjoyable experience it was staying at Villa Loreto. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Piedmonte.

Amazing view, charming area and we'll equipped house

This house has a spectacular view and it is placed in a very charming area. The landlord is very helpfull when help is needed. The rooms, kichen and bathrooms are spotless and very well equipped. It is easy to stay 10 people in the house without getting in each others way. We will recommend this house any time.
