"Rula (onsite) met us on arrival & was available when/if needed. She keeps the property (clean every 3 days), pool, garden & surrounding areas immaculate. Towels, robes & pool towels all provided. Large terrace for shade, relaxing & eating on. Screens on all doors/windows & we loved the outdoor shower. Lovely loungers & chairs for sun bathing. "Our stay in this property is rated as excellent. The house is located in a small village with an excellent view of the Messinian gulf. It is about 15 minutes away from the town of Petalidi which has a nice beach and many good tavernas, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is very clean, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and large enough to accommodate a couple or a family. It has a beautiful veranda overlooking the valley below, and the beautiful city of kalamata. Great communication...

"Wir haben sehr entspannte und schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön mitten in der Natur, bietet absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Mani, den schönen Außenbereich und die Besuche einer besonders lieben Katze. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. "This isn’t the newest, sparkliest rental house - it’s a home, and feels like it…everything you need, well equipped kitchen, lots of comfy furniture and places to relax. It’s not far from great beaches, Methoni town is quiet, and lovely, but near the main road so good for accessing supermarkets and other places to visit. Simon was there when you needed him, but discreetly available (he lives on site) and really friendly. The pool is great, and we had it to ourselves a lot. Amazing wildlife! And...

"Ideal location with beautiful views of bay in lovely semi rural settings on hillside. Great villa with all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. Infinity pool was amazing and great for those hot days. Lots to see and do. Vehicle is required to get around. Local town 5 min away and Kalamata 35min by car. Host very good with communication and property was maintained daily. We all had a great time."

"Great sunsets! Pool and balcony were great. Huge property with plenty of bathrooms. Marathopoli was a nice town and Voidokilia is a must see. Well equipped kitchen but the water pressure was low so it was hard to clean the sink well. Neighbourhood dogs were an effective alarm clock at 5am. Switched pillows with the children’s room as there was a smell of smoke in our room even though the bedding was clean. The basement area was being developed which was fine, not our area, but it was...

"We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended."
