Apartment in Pecol, a small fraction of Cortina d'Ampezzo, a 10-minute walk from the center and 200m. the track with views of the Faloria Tofane.
Sunny and QUIET, ideal for relaxing holidays AWAY from traffic.
To reach the center of Cortina, comfortably and without moving the car, you can use the bus service which stops under house.

Apartment of 50 square meters, completely renovated, on the ground floor facing south-west.
E 'consists of: living room with sofa bed and a wood burning stove, kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. 1 bedroom and 1 bath with laundry.

Un appartement très agréable, correspondant parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos du site internet. Très bonne situation au calme et très pratique pour bien profiter de cette magnifique vallée et des nombreuses randonnées avoisinantes.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für bis zu zwei Personen geeignet. Außer an einem Küchenbrett fehlt es an nichts. Mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, relativ schnellem WLAN ausgestattet. In der alpinen Holzoptik kommt auch das traditionelle Design nicht zu kurz. Was allerdings neben den viel zu harten Matratzen total stört, ist dass das Schlafzimmer nicht abzudunkeln ist. Bloß Gardine, kein Rolladen oder zuziehbarer Vorhang. Darüberhinaus wird die morgendliche Ruhe durch Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus auf das extremste angespannt. Eigentlich schöne FeWo, aber Urlaub geht anders.

We liked everything about this little apartment. We did not have a car, but the rental is just a 10 minute road and path walk from town and the bus station where we caught buses for hikes into the Dolomites. The apartment was just right for two people. We cooked many of our meals there after shopping at the well-stocked Conad grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week skiing in Cortina. We drove to the lift each day but there is a bus stop outside the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you might want. The owner was very helpful too when we had a problem with the washing machine. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay here again if I was in Cortina.

Tolle Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, kurzer Weg in die City, ruhige Umgebung. Einzig das Bett ist für große Personen zu kurz. Das Wohnzimmer könnte heller sein, falls man längere Aufenthalte in der Wohnung plant. Gastgeberin sehr flexibel beim Check-In.

The apartment was very clean and kitchen well stocked with equipment but very little space to prepare food. The shower was good but did sometimes run out of hot water. It's a steep hill to walk up from town. The location is very quiet. We enjoyed the balcony and terrace area and of course the views

Great little place, Perfect for 2 or max 3. Close to town, well equipped and decorated. Decent kitchen to cook meals, Perfect hot water and pressure, parking place available, and easy communication with owner. Would recommend it definitely.

Très bel appartement pour 2 personnes, bien décoré, confortable, bien équipé. Environnement magnifique et très calme dont il est possible de bien profiter sur le grand balcon. Garage juste sous l'appartement. Accueil très sympathique. Cortina est vraiment le meilleur endroit pour visiter et profiter des Dolomites en toutes saisons.

Leiligheten er liten, men stor nok😀 Det var rent og pent der, god seng ( om litt kort) Ligger idyllisk til med vakker utsikt over fjellene, deilig ettermiddagssol🌞 Bad, soverom, stue/kjøkkenløsning, og terrasse.. Alt du trenger for å ha det bra. En fin (men litt bratt) tur ned til sentrum...

Well situated apartment for town centre. Good but quirky apartment. Problem with electricity tripping out if overloaded but ok once you've got the hang of it. Good facilities including washing machine and garage. Plenty of storage. Slightly faded furnishings but didn't detract from an enjoyable stay. Excellent shower!
