"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time?
The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

"There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. "Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived."
