    Bonita casa rural con dos dormitorios y un baño, con licencia de Turismo de PEI, en Donaldston. Situada a solo 8 minutos del Parque Nacional, a 25 minutos de Charlottetown o del aeropuerto y a 1 hora tanto del Puente de la Confederación como del ferry, esta casa rural goza de una ubicación muy céntrica y práctica. La casa se encuentra en una zona rural que ofrece espacios abiertos y unas vistas maravillosas al agua. Entre las comodidades se incluyen internet de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado, una terraza preciosa, una hoguera, una barbacoa y acceso a una playa de arena. Llévate tu kayak a la playa y rema por el río Winter o disfruta de las vistas hacia la bahía de Tracadie. Disfruta de impresionantes puestas de sol desde la terraza o la playa. ¡Ven a explorar la costa norte y crea recuerdos con tu familia y amigos en 2025 en Winter Bay, en la Isla del Príncipe Eduardo!

    Como novedad para 2025, hemos instalado una bomba de calor minisplit que proporciona aire acondicionado y calefacción en toda la casa de campo para tu comodidad.

    *Ten en cuenta que nuestra playa tiene aguas poco profundas; es ideal para chapotear, meterte en el agua, ir en kayak, usar flotadores, etc., y está más caliente que las aguas más profundas, pero probablemente sea demasiado poco profunda para nadar. Se hace más profunda a medida que te adentras. El Parque Nacional cuenta con muchas playas aptas para el baño muy cerca de aquí, o también puedes ir a la playa gratuita de Blooming Point.

Great location!

A clean and comfortable cottage. We were very happy to relax so close to many great attractions and places to visit, especially the ocean.

Golf Vacation

This was nice clean cottage and very well kept. Had everything we required for 4 guys on a golf vacation. Jerry was very helpful in recommeding courses and restuarants.

Quiet Spot on the North Shore

This was the perfect quiet spot for us because we wanted to be near Blooming Point beach. The owner was very organized and helpful but not intrusive and everything was just as described. Excellent time with such nice people on such a lovely island!

Perfect cottage in great location

This property has everything you need to enjoy your PEI vacation. Centrally located and ony a short drive to Charlottetown. We will be back next year!

Lovely cottage

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. There are a lot of windows to let in cool breezes. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at the cottage. We saw some beautiful sunsets, bald eagles, ospreys and a red fox while sitting on the deck. The cottage was very clean and well stocked for doing our own cooking. Beds were comfortable.

Good location; great experience

The location is nice and central for travel to Charlottetown, Cavendish and beyond. The cottage was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Jerry was very quick to respond to questions or concerns and restock depleted supplies. The bugs were BAD - definitely bear this in mind and pack spray. The beach is not suitable for swimming but would be great for kayaking etc. Could use additional comfortable living area seating.

Great location

The property was conveniently located and we got around easily. It’s a cute little cottage on a private property. We enjoyed the fire pit as well the tranquility of the area. The property pretty much had everything, except a proper frying pan and mattress. As much as we loved the property, we didn’t have a good quality sleep. The mattress was absolutely awful (double bed), the springs poked right through to our backs and it was extremely uncomfortable! This is why we gave it a 3 star for this stay, otherwise the place was great.

Beautiful sunset cottage!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this very quiet, private cottage near the ocean! Almost every night a beautiful sunset you could enjoy sitting on the couch but even more so on the deck or a short walk down a nice grass path through the woods to Tracadie Harbour. We also saw red fox, bald eagles, blue herons, woodpeckers and lots of blue jays! Jerry was great! He always answered us almost immediately and helped with anything we needed. The cabin was spacious and had everything. So many beautiful beaches and lighthouses nearby and Charlottetown less than a half hour away. We would definitely return to PEI and this would be our 1st choice for a cottage! 😁👍🏼

Peaceful, relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was a peaceful, beautiful setting and a perfect launching point for day trips around PEI. We had everything we needed and the house was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

The cottage was very private and had everything you need. The location served as a great headquarters to explore the central part of the island.
