Located just a half-mile from Rockport Beach, this Key Allegro Island hideaway is a perfect home base for beach fun, relaxation, and water activities accessible right in your own back yard.

Inside this second-story condo, you'll find an open floor plan set beneath a vaulted ceiling that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a table for four for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

On-site, you and your guests will also enjoy access to a sparkling pool, a picnic area with a gas grill and sink, and a dock. There is a launch site near the pool in case you bring your boat, kayak, or paddleboard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
