Relaxation comes naturally at this gorgeous Corpus Christie home - perfect for any season! Boasting sweeping views of Laguna Madre and direct waterfront access, private features include an outdoor pool, a large furnished deck, a boat dock, and two paddleboards.

The home boasts a classic stilted design and a two-bedroom interior equipped for modern guest comfort. The open-concept living area welcomes group gatherings, and the full stainless steel kitchen is ready for home cooking. The kitchen island has seating for two, and the adjacent dining table can accommodate up to four. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs and en suite bathrooms.

This vacation home is ideal for a monthly winter stay and includes central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and on-site parking.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is not a beach view property it is a waterfront canal. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was great. Would recommend!!

Everything was good with the house. The only inconvenience was the channel was full of decaying grass that smelled bad and we couldn’t get our bout to the dock behind the house.

Very nice stay, the pool was very helpful on keeping the kids entertained when we weren’t venturing out. Very clean, enough room for a family of 4. The beds were really comfortable. The only negative was the sea gras, the smell was very unpleasant. Might just be that type of year in July. Overall a great house

Fishing getaway

We were 2 couples on a fishing trip, and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood too. I will be taking the family again.

Not a good place to rent!

The pool was broken and the water wasn’t cycling/filtrating. We had to fill it up some when we got there. The pool guy came and was unable to fix it. So, the water was stagnant with bugs and droppings everywhere. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and the plug for the TV was missing so we had to go to Walmart to buy both. The grill was broken and there was glass shattered all over the carport we had to sweep up. We were told that they would bring us a new grill but that did not happen. All the food we bought to grill we had to take back home. The bean bags for the game were missing. The grass was super long so the lawn guy had to be called out. The patio chairs were broken, so we sat in the beach chairs we brought with us. I am not sure the last time the owners or management has been out to this property, but I have pictures of everything that I’ve explained here. This place was a huge disappointment.

Loved it

Enjoyed the house. Having the pool came handy when we couldnt make the beach due to the tropical storm but we loved our week. Had fun and made memories with our kids.

Cute place

The accommodation was cute and decorated nicely. Check in was easy and communication with host agency was excellent. With the exception of a couple of things, the place was pretty clean. The floor wasn’t mopped too well, half the grill was dirty, and there was trash left in one of the bedrooms. The garbage cans were full from previous tenants, and the grounds and palm tree out front could have used some grooming. Unfortunately, during our visit there was a large build up of sea grass in the canal, which was not attractive and produced an off putting odor. Tropical Storm Harold arrived during our stay, so we lost power for a few hours. Our vehicle was covered with dead palm tree debris afterward. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. It was nice to take a morning swim each day. Overall, it was a good experience, but the people hired to maintain the property should probably be supervised a bit better.

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and clean, but don't count on using the boat slip because owner has it occupied. It shouldn't be advertised as that being an amenity. By the time all of the fees are added on, this is extremely overpriced for the size. There are also cameras all over the exterior of the property which feels a bit like you're on exhibit since there is a pool.
