Sitting on a third of an acre, with a full canopy of wind swept oak trees in the back yard, the Sunshine Cottage provides ample space for you and your family to enjoy the beautiful coastal outdoors during your stay.

With a five minute walk to Little bay, Rockport Festival Grounds and the Certified Blue Wave public beach. You won't find a better location to all this beautiful city has to offer.

The house is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are a family owned property, so we have it stocked with all the little things that are missing from corporate rentals.

LIVING AREA

The living area is outfitted with brand new sofas and chairs and a 65” 4k flat-screen TV. It also has a full sized Euro-Lounger for sleeping accommodation.

KITCHEN & DINING

The Kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and ample counter space to accommodate preparation of meals for your entire group. The house features plenty of high end cooking supplies and dining wear. Dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and paper towels are also provided.
For our coffee lovers; coffee grinder, milk frother, large french press and automatic drip coffee maker.
The house has an open dining area with a table for eight. There is also counter seating for 3.
On the back patio, there is a large dining table with seating for 8. The large oak trees in the backyard provide ample shade for outside dining. Charcoal BBQ also located out back.

BED & BATH

The master bedroom has a King-size bed with hotel-quality linens. The second bedroom is configured with a King sized bed as well.
The third bedroom has two twin sized bed and has two roll out mats available in the closet.

The Mater bathroom has a large walk in shower and the second bathroom has a tub. Both baths have an ample supply of plush towels.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, large capacity washer/dryer. Soft water plumbing for showering.

To help make your packing easier, beach convenience items such as beach towels, chairs, wagon, ice chest and boogie boards are also provided.

For our families with little ones, we have a pack and play, baby monitor and dining table high seat.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. There is also street parking if needed.

THE LOCATION

The convenient location on Patton Street is only a five minute walk to the fairgrounds, Rockport public beach and the heart of downtown.

Located a block from Little Bay, you can walk or drive the 0.4 miles to Rockport Beach.

Enriching attractions within walking distance include the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor (0.5 miles), the Texas Maritime Museum (0.4 miles), and The History Center for Aransas County (0.3 miles).

Checkout is easy at the Sunshine Cottage. We don't make you do laundry, or any other lengthy chores before you leave. We want your stay with us to be perfect.
