Welcome to Shore Beats Work! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom that sleeps 10 is the ideal luxury beach side home! Take advantage of the Texas sunsets and amazing views of the ocean! Nestled in the dunes of Mustang Island, sits a new magnificent beach front house that is the perfect destination for your vacation, or family gathering, that will change your perspective on vacationing forever! Views of the ocean from the covered decks, porches, and one of the master bedroom await your arrival. This magnificent three story wonder sleeps 8 comfortably but will accommodate 10 and has all the bells and whistles you can imagine, even garage access and ELEVATOR!

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

This place is awesome! The house is stylish, well furnished, and we enjoyed our time there. The best feature of the house is how wheelchair friendly it is! The elevator easily accommodated my daughter’s reclining manual wheelchair, and the showers in the master bathrooms could easily handle her reclining shower chairs. Spacious and perfect for our family!

This place was great. 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was fantastic, plenty of space and a good kitchen with gas appliances. The balconies on the house face the south so you have a view of the ocean and the bay. The elevator made life very easy with getting luggage and groceries into the house as the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The garage access made storing beach items easy since they didn’t have to be brought upstairs. We would definitely book this house again.

Great family beach days

Property was wonderful. It was clean and as depicted in pictures. The elevator was super convenient, as my husband is disabled. Its also super helpful not to have to carry groceries up several flights of stairs. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Being able to drive to and on the beach was great. The beach access road is only 2 miles from the house. We had access to the garage which was nice to store our beach gear. My kids used the outdoor shower every day after the beach. Having two living areas was nice for the kids. The adults took the top floor and the kids took the second floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry on site was perfect to wash beach towels everyday. Only a few things that I didnt love. The house was decorated beautifully, with the exception of one room that had bedding that looked like it came from goodwill. It was still funcional and comfortable. I was surprised that there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms. This was not a problem for my teenagers who consume everything on their phones, but if you have little ones that need some quiet time with a movie, you may want to make sure the tablet is charged. Lastly, is not really a negative, but if you want to sleep past dawn, bring a sleeping eye mask. There are windows with no shades in the two master bedrooms and it feels like the sun is IN the room with you. I found it hard to sleep past sun up. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great place and locarion

Great house for our two families. Accommodated our cooking everyday. Has an operational elevator but we took stairs most of time. If you can’t do lots of stairs then an elevator or ramp at any beach house is a must. Beach is close and walkable. The beach along this stretch of port A near mustang island can be pretty narrow due to high tide, so don’t expect much room between you and any passing cars. During the week in late May there the car traffic along beach was pretty sparse, but there are cars passing by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider again.

Excellent Home

Beautiful home! There are a few cons about the property for an ex. The photos on the website need to be updated there is construction going on next door and kinda of takes a way view of ocean but you can still see it from the balcony’s. Other than that that’s really the only thing I can say the house is definitely designed for some cooking to go down in the house we took full advantage of that for our Thanksgiving Holiday. Will definitely like to come back to this home.

Beautiful house, great for family get togethers

There are several pros to this property, perhaps a few cons. But its a 5-star place regardless of the cons. We loved the stay! Pros - 2-min boardwalk access to the beach. Pretty much a private beach since its a gated community and quiet too since its a good few miles from downtown Port Aransas. - Stunning sunrise views, super clean beach, great for walks/runs, kids play. - House is huge, tastefully decorated. Elevator was awesome for senior citizens in our group. Cons - There is construction going on in the gated community including the house next door. - The ocean view is not much because the balconies face South and the ocean is to the East. - No clothes detergent, softener etc for washer (or we could not find it). For $700 per night, some basic items are expected.

Best family vacation!

First all family vacation (7 adults and 3kids). We had plenty of room and the views were amazing! The elevator was a must have to accommodate our wheelchair accessible need. Planning our next visit already!

POOR Property Management

House was excellent in a great location and was surprisingly clean. However, on arrival all three trash cans were over flowing with trash and had additional trash bags behind and on the side of the bins. It smelled so bad we had to cover our face to go in through the front door. Birds we able to get in the trash and drag stuff out of it. I called the after hours number and they said they would send someone over right away to take care of it and no one showed up. I called the next day during business hours and they said the same thing, but still no one came. We had to use the backdoor entrance for three days because the front smelled so bad. I will never rent from this company again! The check in procedures had wrong gate code (Maintenance guy let us in and gave us correct code) and Internet login was incorrect. Elevator did not work. Those are the petty issues. The property owner should find new management!

Great house steps away from the ocean!

Truly loved renting this home for the week. It was perfect for our large family and we truly could not of asked for a better setup, location and package. Can't wait to come back to the same location in a few years and build more memories!

Amazing property with views to match!!

We took our two teenagers and my father and the property was perfect. The views were amazing and the shared HOA boardwalk is one of the many reasons we picked this unit!! The unit was clean and the two King suites were exactly what we wanted. We are already planning our next trip! The customer service was outstanding! I was shocked to get a call to make sure we were able to get into the property. That is above and beyond!

Perfect Little Mansion

This property was so beautiful, clean & comfortable. It had all the things we needed. It was a short walking distance to the beach. Office was great in answering any questions. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

House is perfect! Beach is ok.

The house is everything it promises to be! Well appointed, comfortable, and VERY clean! We met the woman who did all the cleaning and we is super thorough! Quiet cul-du-sac is easy to get to and offers private access. I would give the property 5 stars! The ONLY drawback is the beach. There was a ton of vehicle traffic on the beach. A group close to ours had their little one’s sand toys run over by a rude driver who then yelled at the group for being on the beach where people drive. They came only a couple feet from the small child! It was stressful having to constantly watch for cars while our youngest was trying to play in the sand. Otherwise, it is a great location!
